Subscape the king of melodic dubstep has yet out done himself once again. His escatsy driven snyths and captivaling vibrant basslines have combined to create the best dubstep EP of 2011 so far.
Apple candy was the sound I feel in love with from the beginning. Starts with a tranquil kick snare pattern, lovely female vocal and a hypnotizing snyth that leads you right into the wobble. This "wub" wobble goes perfect with the background minimalistic hi-hats. My favorite of the EP.
This tune wastes no time. It emerges with a psychedelic snyth and then leads right into a small build up. Then back out to a reverbed pad then a boom. Drop. Bass.
