Rambo V twists up his usual with a remix of "Thinking About It" by Just Kiddin [Download]

The homeboy from Southern California Rambo V has always been a distinct sound in my mind. Fast paced, deep sounds, stellar song choices. Today he takes those regular attributes and spins them into different styles.

The San Diego based producer has grown a lot over the latter half of 2014, with remixes of Marlena Shaw, Outkast, and even Sur Chic. This one's a remix of Just Kiddin's "Thinking About It" and I feel the change comes from the song choice. It's original is peculiar in itself, but Rambo creates a track that doesn't seem to have a constant rhythm. It changes in and out throughout the entire arrangement, which is different than his strict house rhythm.

Another great project from R.V. is his November Diamond Tape, a collection considered to be a mixtape that he dropped not too long ago. He knows how to give you a reason to space out for a bit.

Take a listen to "Thinking About It" below out now via Next Wave Records, and make sure you grab the free download. If you don't, consider it insulting.
