There's a ton of reflection in the last month of the year. In my eyes, looking back on the year in music is one of the best times to solidify where your true taste stands. It's all laid out behind you, the good, the bad, and of course the memorable. In 2014 I found a few of those works that will stick in my mind, one of which is the recent collaboration EP by Tom Misch & Carmody.

Winter is also a great time for music that warms the soul, which is exactly what this duo has achieved through November. First there was "Paper Planes", then "Release You" and today's EARMILK premiere of "With You". I knew right off the bat that these two made beautiful music together, but this track is one for the top of the holiday season. Both Tom and Carmody flex their vocals on this one, and it's natural. Even their names together creates this unknown, infectious appeal.

Their first two releases off of the Out to Sea EP were much different. "With You" is mellow while the previous tracks upheld a constant kick rhythm. With the cold in the air, it's more than fitting we receive such a cozy ensemble. Take a listen below, and order the EP here via Beyond the Groove.
