Meet Starski, it may seem like it's time to catch some first impressions but you've heard this man before. He's a founding member of the Belgian electronic rock group The Subs leaving in 2008 to start a solo career. His first EP Sunstruck was released yesterday and I have to say I haven't heard a good debut like this in a while. A clash of harsh electro sounds smoothed out by disco house, add a pinch of dirty dutch on the top and you're sunstruck. A solid lineup on this release with remixes by Bart B More, Jaimie Fanatic, and a Mike Mago collaboration. Bart has a bit of a habit of blowing up small names with his big remixes, just look at what he did to Dem Slackers. It's no different this time around.
