One of the coolest experiences for those that enjoy the outdoors on top of exciting music is Northern Nights Music Festival. Located away from the glitz and glamour of Hollywood, and certainly a drive away from the technology-laden Silicon Valley, those who wish to escape the city lights can find solace in the internetless, cell-phone receptionless world that is Mendocino/Humboldt County.
We at EARMILK found ourselves over there this past summer, and were instantly welcomed by booming music, the feel of nature, and some totally killer vibes. Ranging from Justin Martin to Lindsay Lowend, the acts themselves were roaming around the camps and raging with both locals and tourists.
The heat of summer, the river next to us, and the late nights were one hell of a stellar festival combination. For those willing to make the trek to hidden parts of Northern California's truly beautiful forest, this festival will combine both nature and mankind's talents in music to be an unforgettable celebration.
