Vancouver's Blondtron and Waspy have teamed up to form BnW, and we can expect them to shake up dance floors everywhere with their playful, yet formidable energy. For their first release, however, they emit a more chilled-out, head-bobbing energy, throwing it back to the mid-2000s with a remix of Clipse's renowned single, “Mr. Me Too.” As soon as you press play, you hear catchy uh-huh's over a classic beat, and you're immediately hooked. This is a cruisin' jam you're going to have on repeat this summer. BnW explain, "We wanted to capture a retro summer vibe, like if Mark Morrison and Fresh Prince had a love child that was driving a droptop Cadillac while hammered.” I think we can agree that these intentions have been successfully realized.
