Fulgeance had quite the 2013, with his Step-Thru album receiving great critical success. His back to the basics tactic brought people back to dance, and we at EARMILK can appreciate the simplicity of just having a plain old great time. While his level of output has been relatively non-stop for a while now, it seems that the beginning of 2014 will see him taking a step back and letting some of his friends remix his tracks for him.
One of the remixes on the release is done by Moresounds, who takes the simple and light "Wet" and transforms it into a dark and wild affair. Filled to the brim with influences from the US hip hop scenes recent dark turn, as well as from electronic roots of bass, dubstep, and techno, Moresounds brings forth a whole new dimension into "Wet." It's a sick and twisted song that's sure to pour people into the dancefloor and bring crowds to a roar.
This remix edition will see four tracks from Step-Thru that are transformed by four different producers, and will be out in digital and 7" format on January 20th. Check out the remix and the original below.
