The famous saying "don't judge a book by its cover" never anticipated that the music world would face interesting artists with beyond catchy names. From Flying Lotus to Trippy Turtle, the name has been quintessential in forming a persona.
With that in mind, I couldn't not take a look at an email that featured an artist that goes by the name Tiger Forest Cat. The Swedish singer brings a smooth almost Carpenter's-like style over a simple guitar. It's fun, light, and a nostalgic ode to the indie genre. While a quick look at my author's page would show a huge lack of indie tracks, it's mellow vibes are similar to the likes of Belle and Sebastian's "Another Sunny Day."
