John Talabot, the esteemed Spanish DJ and producer, is set to release his DJ-Kicks on November 12 via his Hivern Discs Label. In lieu of this upcoming album, he's teemed up with Alexander Berg, one half of the duo Genius of Time, to become Tempel Rytmik.
They've got a track, "Anagrama" on the release, which sits in a sea of 27 beautiful tracks. True to the Talabot style, the bpm is kept slower, the vibe mellow, creating the perfect Spanish-influenced dance environment in your very living room. It's a startling testament to how sophisticated electronic forms of music can get, especially as the US dominates in inundating the world with over-the-top EDM. As the week kicks off on this Tuesday, "Anagrama" provides the perfect breathing space to not overwhelm, yet still provides a fun vibe to the mundane weekday.
