Nobody is killing the anonymity game better than UZ. As popular as he his, only a handful of people know his real identity. In fact, even those with two degrees of separation can't even know. Some may see it as strange or pretentious, but those that know his music realize that what he's doing is for the better. He has completely removed the pervasive "party starter hands up hype man" aspect of DJing that plagues the modern music world, focusing strictly on the music. Even the names of his tracks and albums are as simple as possible.
Even if we knew who he was, the music speaks for itself. Take the newest addition to his production resume: the official video for "Trap Shit V3 (I Got This)", which features verses from Trae Tha Truth, Problem, and Trinidad Jame$. The entire thing was shot while cruising around in rickshaws on the streets of Austin, TX. First a dope Ball Trap mixtape, now a dope video. It's hard not to love this dude.
