Over the next few weeks on Tuesday we will be highlighting three of our favorite acts at Music In The Middle to gear you up for the festival itself. This week we take a look at our two headliners in The 1975 and Aeroplane, as well as up and comer Viceroy. Check it out and get a sample of their sound so you know exactly what to expect when out there. We can't wait to see you there!

So here are some of our favorites we are looking forward to.

Viceroy, or as he likes to refer to himself, the dance game Jimmy Buffet, is the king of tropical disco-house. Austen Afridi has made his way out of his San Francisco stomping grounds and has been making quite the name for himself in the world of feel good music. His sound stays true to his Summertime, All The Time motto, with his unique ways of taking a top 40 hit and instantly turning it into a summer classic that will transport you to a tropical paradise with just one click of the play button. From his popular Jet Life series, to working with artists such as Maroon 5, Passion Pit and 2 Door Cinema Club, it looks  like 2013 will continue to be a momentous year for this talented producer. Viceroy is just one of the big names that you have to look forward to at this years event. Make sure you grab your shades and sunblock.

Put them in whatever category you want; alt rock, indie, electronic, pop, regardless the genre, these guys just make music sound good. Manchester-based band The 1975 may be newer to the masses, but they have been rocking together since 2002, starting out covering punk songs and progressing through the years. The four piece has lived under several different names, but it was in 2012 that they came together once and for all and decided to take it back a few decades. Their first release under the moniker was the start of a trilogy of EP's with Facedown, followed by Sex and then finally Music For Cars. With the music and identity in place, the group has taken their act from garage to a top 20 home on the Billboard charts after their most recent project and debut self-titled album, and we don't see them slowing down anytime soon. As a matter of fact, not only will they be at Music In The Middle, they will be the official headliners. They certainly didn't invent rock music, but they will absolutely have a say going forward in shaping a new wave and being an even bigger part of its future. You won't want to miss this performance.

If you are coming to Music In The Middle for a party, let Vito de Luca, or as you probably know him, Aeroplane, be the man that provides your official soundtrack and good time. The Belgium cosmic disco DJ is capable of keeping any crowd moving with an 80's like sound fused with a spacey vibe that he dares to blend with French House, and the only thing that we can say is, it just works. His lengthy remixes are something of lure that can be heard in the wee-hours of the night around the world, on the radio and all along the club circuit. On more than one occasion you will find yourself asking if he really just made a blend out of what your ears are hearing. He says he works best at 105 BPM, but don't let him humble himself, he works best when he is just simply around music. You put him in front of a dance floor, it's moving in a matter of seconds. Trust us when we tell you, when you fly with Aeroplane once, don't expect to come down ever again. Be sure to have your boarding passes ready and enjoy the flight.
