Ruben Smulovitz (aka DSCO) made quite the splash with his debut solo EP, featuring both individual tracks – "Gravity" pulled quite the attention – and a taste of his collaborative efforts. Keeping up with his Facebook, the Los Angeles based artist never seems shy to express his views on music and the artists that influence his genre. However, this role may soon change: with an advancing career and a thirst for that essential quality that blends all music together, DSCO may soon be a trend setter. Today's mix explores all these points, touching on genres across the electronic spectrum and delivering a chaos of listening pleasure. Of course, I am a fan of when things start to get a little weird, just about half way through the journey.
