We've featured NYC's INNER WORLDS before on the site with his blissed-out remix of the French Pop star Yelle's "S'eteint Le Soleil" that ended up winning first place in her remix contest. His remixes of Flatbush Zombies, The Weeknd, and Monsieur Adi have also been featured on the ghostly Tarot Chords posts we've had in the past. INNER WORLDS uses an array of vintage analog and circuit bent gear to create his blend of lush psychedelia that he calls blisswave – imagine if witch house took some acid and spent a magical day in the woods: drag vocals with lush pads, faded leads, and big bass.
He keeps his palette French with his remix of Uffie's cult classic "Pop the Glock". Back when Uffie released this tune on 2010's Sex, Dreams, and Denim Jeans, some felt it could have used a little bit more synthetic atmosphere. INNER WORLDS bestows his deeps thoughts and always blissful analog and circuit bent synthetic elements to this one, turning a minimal classic into a grimy, codeine-covered slow jam. Visual artist LoganAW put together an appropriate video.

INNER WORLDS pays homage to one of his favorite new artists, Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, with this this heady "Fair" remix that sounds like a mix between Crystal Castles and xxyyxx – it's fast but still relaxing enough to inhale to. He warps the original vocals to make it stand out as Holy Other did it in their last release. Just consider this sound the last part of 2012 – don't pass up on this freebie and support the artist below.
