Stumbleine – "Fake Plastic Trees" (Feat. Coma)

I was a little skeptical at first when I saw yet another cover of "Fake Plastic Trees". However, me being a big Radiohead fan, I had to take a listen. Covered by Stumbleine and featuring Coma, these two made a phenomenally beautiful cover song. They didn't try to mimic or copy the original. Instead, they went with their own way and interpretations.

Sticking to their own guns, they virtually recreated an entirely new song with the lyrics of "Fake Plastic Trees". The haunting yet soothing voice with plenty of ambient effects makes for a hair-raising cover for an already emotional song. Be prepared to be blown away by the quality and the execution of this cover.

The name is Phil. I've been with EARMILK for handful of years now. I love all sorts of music, and I tend to change up what type of music I'm into throughout the year. However, one thing is certain: I love anything chill and mellowed out. A lot of the time, you'll see me covering smooth, chilled out grooves through our infamous Daily 2% series. 80 BPM is love, 80 BPM is life.
