The lyrics were written after one of Amelie’s followers posted a touching poetry about his son, Oliver, a young boy with cerebral paralysis. What could have been a private incident transforms into a public message of resilience, dignity, and love, Amelie’s honesty and soulful vocals make that possible.

Indeed, Amelie has stated that she will donate half of the tune royalties to help Oliver’s father purchase a wheelchair that state aid does not help.
