Mexico City electronic music duo Tom & Collins has strategically relaunched their Terms & Conditions Records imprint with "Time To Party," a collaboration featuring DvirNuns. The release marks a pivotal evolution for the label, transitioning from high-volume output to a more refined, paced curation.

"Time To Party" merges indie dance spirit with contemporary Afro-house into a singular experience.

The track features powerful synths and energetic vocals that showcase the refined aesthetic positioning Tom & Collins as Mexico's premier electronic music export. DvirNuns, who recently remixed the duo's "No Sleep," brings his Maccabi-inspired indie dance approach to this first full collaboration between both acts.

"After a brief pause of our label Terms & Conditions, we're back—refreshed, recharged, and ready to bring you a sharper curation of music," shares Tom & Collins. "With this collaboration alongside DvirNuns, we set out to create more than just a track—we wanted to merge the spirit of indie dance with the deep pulse of Afro house into one singular experience."

The label reboot launches with six international showcase events spanning Mexico City to New York. This weekend features two major events: Monterrey at Explanada Museo Marco on October 10th with Hugel and Marten Lou, followed by New York at Gray Area x Superior Ingredients Rooftop on October 12th with DvirNuns.

November dates include Campo Mágico in Guadalajara with Carlita at Academy LA in Los Angeles, California on November 22nd.

Terms & Conditions Records has established itself as a platform honoring Latin cultural heritage while advancing electronic music's creative boundaries. The label's distinctive visual identity features Mexican alebrijes, mythological creatures representing imagination and cultural fusion. With 121 releases supporting both emerging and established talent, the reboot represents a strategic evolution toward more refined curation.

Juan Pablo Escudero and Jorge Corral, who form Tom & Collins, made history as the first Mexican act to enter DJ Mag's Top 100 DJs poll, ranking #75 in 2023. Their impressive remix portfolio includes Madonna, Gorgon City, Duke Dumont, Claptone, and Sofi Tukker, while performances span Tomorrowland, EDC, and iconic venues like Ushuaïa Ibiza and Pacha Ibiza.

Each Terms & Conditions release receives full road testing, with Tom & Collins bringing tracks to massive audiences before release. This artist-first approach reflects their commitment to quality over quantity, with guaranteed placement across different musical moments in their DJ sets.

"Time To Party" is available now via Terms & Conditions Records.
