Yuuki Yoshiyama is redefining Japan’s musical landscape through visionary leadership

Yuuki Yoshiyama is a luminary in Japan's music and entertainment scene, whose influence extends far beyond the country's borders. With an illustrious career spanning nearly three decades, Yuuki has carved a niche as a multifaceted leader in electronic music, event production, and business initiatives. From intimate clubs to global stages, he has showcased his artistry and ingenuity across 15 countries, from the United States all the way to Singapore.

Since launching his artist career in 1996, Yuuki has demonstrated a clear ability to navigate various genres, earning the nickname "Tech Maestro." From tech house to techno and trance, his groovy performances have resonated with audiences across the globe. His adaptability has allowed him to share the stage with over 50 DJ Mag Top 100 artists, including icons such as Eric Prydz, FISHER, and MEDUZA.

Yuuki’s prowess has not gone unnoticed. His original track, "Trickster," reached the Top 10 on TraxSource, while "Tiger Beetle" gained widespread international support. His latest single, "Rise Up" via Toolroom Records, is a track we cannot get enough of on the dancefloor. Yuuki’s contributions to Japan’s music scene extend beyond his artistry. As Executive Director of EDC Japan from 2017 to 2019, he successfully brought the globally renowned festival to a local audience of 250,000. More recently, as the Executive Producer of GMO SONIC, Japan’s largest arena dance music festival, Yuuki has attracted over 120,000 attendees annually, hosting headliners such as Skrillex, Peggy Gou, and Martin Garrix.

A man of many talents indeed, at W Osaka, Japan's only W Hotel, Yuuki serves as Music & Entertainment Director, curating events that blend music, art, food, and fashion to create an experience like no other. Yuuki’s entrepreneurial spirit has led him to collaborate with over 30 companies as a consultant, director, and advisor. His expertise spans UHNW services, fine dining, art, and blockchain development, showcasing his business acumen. Whether through hotel and resort projects or ventures into NFTs, Yuuki's endeavors reflect a deep commitment to innovation and excellence. At the heart of Yuuki’s achievements is his passion for connecting people through music and experiences. Whether orchestrating large-scale festivals or curating intimate events, he bridges cultures and communities, making a lasting impact on Japan's creative and business industries.
