LOGAN ushers in a new era of retro-pop with debut EP ‘Quarter Century Modern’

Celebrating her 25th birthday today, rising retro-pop artist LOGAN releases her debut EP, Quarter Century Modern, a daring blend of 20th-century soul and 21st-century pop that establishes the artist as an innovative force in contemporary music.

With five tracks that journey through the highs and lows of young adulthood, "Quarter Century Modern" is a personal yet uplifting expedition through self-discovery, heartbreak and endurance. With LOGAN’s signature powerhouse vocals and an eclectic mix of influences, the EP offers a testament to her knack for creating music that feels both individual and universally relatable.

The EP’s highlight, “Finders Keepers,” is an empowerment anthem swaddled in an irresistible groove. The song draws inspiration from an unsolicited message from an ex and serves as a reminder to listeners of their worth, reiterating that no one should ever settle for less than they deserve.

On “Over Under,” LOGAN delivers the intoxicating thrill of an unplanned night out, fusing contemporary production with a throwback storytelling delivery for an electrifying sonic escape. The EP closes with “Special,” an introspective, jazz-tinged ballad that lays LOGAN’s fears and dreams bare. Doubting her decision to relocate to Los Angeles and follow a career in music, the song serves as an unfiltered soul search, meditating on the search for a mark to leave behind.

With "Quarter Century Modern", LOGAN establishes herself as a storyteller unafraid to push sonic boundaries, as well as a voice you don’t want to ignore.” Also available on all major streaming services.
