Emerging East-London talent Paleblu unveils euphoric indie anthem “want u to know,” blending expansive rhythms and summery melodies together for an uplifting sonic expeirence.
Building on alluring guitar-led pop harmonies cut by crisp beats, the enticing anthem is a genre-bending offering that lands at the musical crossroads of jungle, drum and bass and indie.
A hopeful production steeped in love and optimism, the track draws from personal experiences to evoke a touch of hope amid struggles. Speaking of the track, he says, “I started writing this song in October having gone through a pretty rough time. The music I'd been writing at the time had been quite deep and emotional, I found myself in a phase where a lot of the stuff I was writing was depressing. This was the first song where I thought I'd try and switch the mood to be a bit more positive. I feel like we could all use a bit of hope and positivity right now.”
