Naarm/Melbourne-based Samoan-Indian singer/songwriter Tiana Khasi reveals her latest tune "Good As It Gets" as she announces a series of live concerts from October to December. "Good As It Gets" is an imaginative 90s/00s R&B/hiphop infused track with a dash of pop vibes. Here, she teams up with local producer Finbar Stuart and her musical doula Jazmine Khan to help bring her song to life. The production is a slick, heart-warming piece comprising warm textures, pulsating-ass-driven rhythms engulfed by Khasi's earworm melodic runs, and unapologetic lyrics that explore the true strength of confidence after being emotionally restrained. Her smoky vocals take center stage as she details her return to form and triumphant over the dark forces that tried to hold her back.  "Good As It Gets" is a brilliant uplifting anthem for everyone who needs a much-needed picker-upper for these trying times.

Tiana Khasi released her debut EP Meghalaya which garnered her praise from all corners for her bold and authentic style. The EP title is a reference to Meghalaya, India, the land of the matrilineal Khasi tribe whose name she proudly bears. She also has several upcoming live sets in so-called Australia – including at the Melbourne International Jazz Festival – and India's The Hills Festival and Echoes of Earth, all dates below.
