Tennessee-born, L.A.-based singer and rapper Samara Cyn has been blowing up the internet with her off-the-cuff freestyles and eye-popping music content across various social media platforms. With eyes on her, Cyn doesn't seem to be pressured to please the crowd and rather do things on her terms. Her new release "Sinner" expounds on that fact as she makes fun of detractors, and naysayers while reminding audiences that she is not afraid to follow the unbeaten path. Over the moody Gospel-vocal-laden backdrop, Cyn delivers razor-sharp lines like "So who the fuck I look up if I slow up now/Talking out they neck but my foot calm that down/used to let that slide just to keep folks around now I keep the scissors in my bag in case they get loud."
The song also comes with an off-kilter visual directed by Boima Anderson and Cyn herself.
