For RiTcH, the contrast teetering on the edge and whirlwind of emotions is almost addictive, as it injects him with a burst of adrenaline. However, despite his playful attitude, the songwriter is fully aware of this unhealthy mindset, recognizing that he is allowing himself to play the fool.
RiTcH shares, “Emotional is essentially about enjoying the back and forth. I wouldn’t have ever called it a relationship, but I was chatting to this girl who loved messing with my head, and I didn't mind it being messed with at the time, that's what kept it fresh and exciting.”
