Returning with a gorgeous, instrumental and emotive new four-track from his forthcoming debut album, Roscius shares a wonderful piece of instrumental, organic experimentation. This "musical threesome" of piano and dulcimer creates a polyrhythmic melody that feels both dreamlike and grounded. The track evokes a sense of reflection and meditation, inviting the listener to unveil their own interpretations and imagery. Roscius's unique approach to production and composition shines through, showcasing his ability to blend genres and create music that is both cerebral and deeply moving. The artist gives a detailed explanation on his songwriting process, explaining
“I think about this as a shy trio, who gradually accept their differences and merge into one. Just like in a threesome, weird at first, but then orgasmic, or like in a movie, when you don't really understand each character straight away, but their paths eventually join, and they actually make more sense together eventually. Hence the title. I really wanted to embrace real emotions too, and show that percussion is more than beats and hits. It has soul, there are nuances, just like within us, humans, what seems to be misunderstandings at first can easily become grand discoveries or genius collaborations, when we take the time to dig. It feels like this track is quite relevant, given the current atrocities happening all around the globe, more than ever, I hope we're gonna be capable of uniting soon, embracing our differences, as a tool to become the proud, culturally rich, intelligent and beautiful population of planet earth. “ – Roscius
With its blend of neo-classical elements and world music influences, "INCELUSIVE" is a testament to Roscius's artistry and his ability to create music that transcends boundaries. There's tracks that lean towards the organic-electronic blend, reminiscent of Bonobo, as well as more serene and ambient moments.
