Rising neo-soul artist TAMMIE, also known as TheButterflyGrl, has released her much-anticipated debut EP, METAMORPHOSIS. The five-track project captures her personal and artistic growth, following the success of her earlier singles, which have collectively earned over 60,000 streams.
Describing the EP as “my life’s anecdote,” TAMMIE reveals it reflects her spiritual awakening and journey towards understanding her deeper purpose. “For a long time, I didn't understand my life's Purpose, yet I still immersed my life in music, and often wondered why. But now my Purpose is clear, and much greater than music, but it was the music that led me there. Now I want to use my music to lead others to the same place." Tammie's mellow vocals shine throughout the EP, fusing her sultry deliveries with beautifully crafted melodies that twist and turn throughout.
METAMORPHOSIS was produced by Grammy-nominated Andrew Gowie (The 25th Hour) and mastered at Abbey Road Studios by Geoff Pesche, adding a refined finish to TAMMIE’s soulful sound. With previous releases like "Hello Sunshine" and "Help Me Help Myself," TAMMIE has already made waves in the UK’s neo-soul scene. As she continues to build her profile, METAMORPHOSIS marks a new chapter for the artist, solidifying her as a rising star with a powerful message.
