Big Sean keeps us encouraged because we've all gone through something.

Another track from the new LP release “Better Me Than You” allows us to see into the heart of Big Sean. A perspective of endurance and perseverance. Through the things we face as people in life. With thought in the lyrics, it motivates a person to keep focused and be grateful despite what they could be facing.

Introspective, and deep. The production adds a layer of flavor and presence that makes it captivating all the while being an actual deep track. A track full of lyrics that you can take into consideration about how you push through in life.

The 808’s draw you to the point where you really vibe to the music. The lyrics should be listened to and considered of course. This is a well-balanced record. It displays the talent he possesses to be able to channel so many different elements to make a great record. From the production to the lyrics to the concept of the record, to the harmonies in the chorus, to the delivery. He executed this well.

Excitement for Better Me Than You has risen!

The singing and vocals done by Syd add a smooth soulful feel towards the end of the record. Big Sean has a way of adding wisdom to records that might have a different sort of sound, with 808’s hitting he drops true gems.

The mix on the record accents the production and the lyrics well. The feel is kind of ambient and transient in some ways. “I've been down and sinking, popping 30 mgs for no reason." It gives you a perspective of how real it can get when you’re suppressing versus dealing with what is happening in your life. This is an extremely relatable record. With the waves of life, I think people will really gravitate towards this particular track off of Better Me Than You for the relatability.

All in all, an amazing record showing a real desire to never give up. Beautifully pieced.
