Alt-rock talent Lissy Taylor, hailing from Stoke-on-Trent, is back with her infectious new single "Your Girl." Taylor has built a fervent fanbase and a reputation for her memorable live performances, and this summer, she is gracing stages at several UK festivals, including Truck Festival and the main stage at Y Not.

"Your Girl" is a vibrant celebration of singlehood, delivering an empowering dose of feminine energy. The track features bright guitar tones, punchy drums, and grounding bass, all elevated by Taylor's silky, smoky, and charismatic vocals. The result is an uplifting, mood-boosting indie-pop bop with a flirty, summery vibe.

Reflecting on the inspiration behind "Your Girl," Taylor shared, "I wrote it after a breakup thinking, yes, I could be your girl, but I can be anything. I wanted to capture the confidence and empowerment in being single."

Taylor's relentless work ethic and powerful songs have led her to support rising artists like The Snuts and Sundara Karma. This year, she won Manchester City Football Club's Battle of the Bands, performing live to 7,000 football fans at Manchester's Joie Stadium, which was televised on BBC One. Following a sold-out headline show in Manchester, Taylor continues to be hotly-tipped, and she will surely continue her rise.
