Here, the rapper details how intrusive thoughts and constantly entertaining negative ideas can be destructive to one's life. He digs deep and uses himself as an example to pass on the message with lines like "No one hurts us more than we hurt ourself/Self-harming till it's suicide check your mental health/Protect it dearly can get scary/Check your friends dem as well" as he implores us to do the needful.
