Alex Spencer embarks on a journey of self-discovery on 'There's Gotta Be More'

Emerging UK indie act Alex Spencer embarks on a journey of self-discovery with new EP There’s Gotta Be More, an ambitious collection rooted in pop-tinged rock energy and rose-tinted, teenage nostalgia.

From tender opener “Love and Let Go,” to the fast-paced, fierce instrumentals of “Nightmares,” the EP draws from personal experience weaving raw and introspective narratives that evoke a sense of reflection.

The tone shifts to optimism with bouncy instrumentations of the title track and final offering “Fear Will Kill The Future,” which leaves us with the hopeful reminder that life has a lot to give us.

With floating but powerful vocal delivery that unfolds tales that contrast childhood innocence with adult realities, Spencer’s latest project lays down poignant connections with everyone who tunes in as he continues to forge a distinct path for himself in quick strides.
