Dillon & Batsauce are "Ready on the Left" (feat. Kool Keith) [Lyric Video]

Buckle up and prepare for this wild trip with Dillon & Batsauce in their new lyric video, “Ready on the Left,” which features avant-garde rap legend Kool Keith. The track starts with a vintage vocal sample that repeats the title and is underpinned by pulsating drum grooves and a prevalent bassline. Dillon set things in motion with a laidback flow, extensive wordplay, and vintage references followed by Kool Keith's stream-of-consciousness rhyme schemes that he is famously known for.

The lyric video repurposes what appears to be vintage or maybe lost footage of Chevrolet Bonaventure marketing materials. It was all spliced together by both Dillon and Batsauce, who played into the aesthetic of the cover art for their upcoming album, What Have We Done. The result is a potpourri of vintage clips showing the manufacture, and special features of the classic Chevrolet Bonaventure vehicle.

Check it out and head over to your preferred digital retailer or streaming platform to support. The duo’s new album, What Have We Done,  is out now
