Margate, UK-based dream-pop band Tokyo Tea Room continues to push the musical boundary of their experimental pop stylings in their new release "No Rush." The mid-tempo, solemn bedroom-pop tune comprises warm textures, moody pads with sparse drum grooves, and dreamy guitar licks underpinned by soft alluring melodic runs that sometimes get drowned out underneath the dreamy soundscape. The lyrics venture into a sad and somewhat lovelorn territory that details the complex emotions we all face when torn between making decisions or taking a step back and daydreaming about coping with one's true feelings.
