Bristol-based two-man group The Allergies, made up of DJ Moneyshot and Rackabeat continue their slew of releases with the visual for their song "One Time," featuring emcee Dynamite MC. This time they go for a blend of old-school soul with hip-hop aesthetics comprising smooth horns, soothing vocal samples, and crunchy drum breaks. Here, Dynamite MC lives up to his moniker and obliterates the opposition while dropping more than a handful of jewels for listeners to pick up on. His energetic flow is perhaps matched only by the anthemic backdrop he is rocking over.
The song comes equipped with a befitting visual that takes us back to the gym. While this has a more straightforward approach than their previous "Koliko," with K.O.G, the visuals are up to par and carry weight, figuratively and literally.
"One Time" is taken from their fifth album Promised Land.
