Singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Mary Middlefield studied classic violin and embraced folk music with a touch of pop-punk and her unique twist. However, she didn't venture into single until after a terrible breakup and she summoned her inner strength to channel the hurt into music making and she hasn't looked back since. Her latest single "Heart's Desire"is a potpourri of musical styles and deep-rooted emotions that center on love, self-discovery and moving on. The production is rich, nostalgia-inducing and warm while Mary's soft vocal runs add a soothing and sublime touch to it.

Mary Middlefield's latest music is a purging of emotion, one that’s allowing her to move forward with a clear mind and a clean palette. But for now, this is music for the people who are stuck, scorned and lonely. Middlefield invites you to suffer and yearn and scream alongside her.
