Nanaimo-based rapper Switch has been on the scene with 5 albums, 2 EPs and a dozen music videos since 2017. His latest release "Who Are We" is the focus single from his forthcoming collaborative project with the Legendary Vancouver-based rapper Moka Only. The dark moody track is made up of haunting keys, and thumping bass-driven drums which are peppered by edgy and unfiltered bars from both emcees. No stone is left unturned as they detail their mission parameter with a devil-may-care attitude and remind the naysayers of the threat they are bringing to their doorstep.
The accompanying visuals looks like a scene from a degraded horror flick reel with its dark, unbalanced lighting schemes, moody aesthetics and haunting set pieces.
