Hardworking underground emcee Showtime Ramon recently put out a solo project titled Abominable Snowman but on another note, he delivers a new video from his older catalogue. The song in question is "Matt Barnes" lifted from his 2022 EP Gem Spitter 1.5. here he teams up with fellow Sacramento videographer Bruthaanthony2 to help bring the hard-hitting track to life with slick visuals. Using a blend of retro special effects with grainy, distorted textures and a whole lot of performance shots. We get to see Showtime Ramon in his element as he kicks bars like "Lyrically, I'm Lex Luger, I'm breakin' backs/It's like everywhere I turn, I see a triple four/By the time they come and look for me, I'll be on fuckin' tour/Rare breed I'm gettin' green like a herbivore/Livin' legend, I'm spittin' shit they ain't heard before" while paying tribute to his home town Sacramento as well as retired NBA player Matt Barnes.
