After sharing "THE ROAD TO CHOREFTO" and his follow-up project PAUSE VOL.2, Sofia-based producer Trombobby returns with "4U" which sees him linking with vocalist Jermaine Holmes. The duo is a match made in music heaven with Trombobby crafting a funk-soul backdrop ripe with layered guitar riffs, dreamy pad synths and punchy drum grooves while Jermaine delivers his distinct vocal runs that cut through the mix with ease. Here, Jermaine pours adulations on that special someone who changed his life and gave him hope in the form of true love.
Jermaine performs as lead singer for Pete Rock and The Soul Brothers, and appears alongside artists like Nicole Bus, Keyon Harrold and many others on albums and stages around the world. Previously he had become an active member of the group The Vanguard since 2012 with popular R&B/Soul artist D’Angelo. The Vanguard toured successfully worldwide with little media promotion – success stemming predominantly from the fan base. A comeback tour titled “The Second Coming” followed in the same manner with show dates in New York all the way to The Netherlands. Jermaine Holmes can proudly say he is a part of the now 2x Grammy award winners, The Vanguard, who won for Song of the Year and Album of the Year.
