After sharing her video for "If I Was a Boy" some months ago, multi-talented singer-songwriter Adanna Duru returns with a brand new jam "Put It Down" which sees her teaming up with Nigerian R&B/Hip Hop artist Mannywellz. Backed by Soko's hypnotic pop-infused afrobeats backdrop made up of sublime textures, electro-synths and rich guitar licks, Adanna delivers a soothing enthralling performance peppered by inviting lyrics. She calls her for her lover to show her what true love is and this is followed by Mannywellz who answers the call with his vibrant dancehall-style vocals.
"Put It Down" will be featured on her next EP, NAPPY HOUR II, due out in January.
