LA-based recording artist and music producer Junoflo shares an experimental blend of electronic music and hip-hop on “Goin' Nigo,” which builds on a hard-hitting synth and drum arrangement that makes for an aggressive atmosphere.
Rooted in intense rap that swaps seamlessly with confident hooks, the fierce track is underscored by the rattle of trap and heavily processed melodies to layer varied genres upon each other.
On the genre-bending track, he says, “The term ‘Goin' Nigo’ is a nod to Japanese fashion designer Nigo, the founder of A Bathing Ape, and means to go ape, go gorilla, go crazy. This song portrays an unrestricted and non-consequential lifestyle that I lived on my journey thus far, all while striving for success and aiming to prove my place in music.”
Having debuted in South Korea before carving a space out in the hip-hop scene, Junoflo is poised to create pioneering sounds that appeal to a global audience.
