Belgian superstar producer, DJ and live performer Lost Frequencies has had a monumental year and he is ready to close it out on a huge note with his new album, All Stand Together. The 11-track project is a culmination of his hard work as a live performer and DJ as he blends elements of electronic pop, and house with a modern musical twist of his own.
Starting off with the Zak Abel-assisted 'No Limit" which sets the project off with its anthemic and scenic production underpinned by Zak's rich vocal tone to the title track and its uplifting theme and lyrics. The following lines “What if all this world is in a dream/and real is just behind the door?/So if everything is energy/Then, baby, all I have is yours” looks deep into the ephemeral feeling of love.
Elley Duhé and X Ambassadors appear on “Back To You”, a lovelorn tune bolstered by rich folk-infused house vibes with a solid drum groove and an enthralling mantra-like chorus. The energy rises on “Just Wanna Know” with solemn piano riffs, rousing 4 to the floor drum grooves and warm pads peppered by Declan J Donovan’s laidback melodic runs. Other notable tracks include the guitar-laden “Where Are You Now” featuring vocalist Calum Scott, the soulful “Gone” featuring Alexander Stewart and others.
From uplifting house and tropical sounds to influences of folk, acoustic instrumentals and deep vocal performances, over to dancefloor-ready anthems, ‘All Stand Together’ surely delivers on all fronts and will appease different subsets of fans.
