Danish-Faroese singer-songwriter, Brimheim released her debut EP, Myself Misspelled in 2020 which garnered her praise from her home country and several nominations. She has since gone on to release her debut album in 2022 and is currently working on a new one. Her latest release "Literally Everything" is a moody pop offering that sees the singer reflecting deeply and drawing out the many experiences and painful memories that come with seeking other people's approval or finding external validation. Bolstered by the gloomy synth leads, mellow guitar plucks and ominous sound design layered over a mid-tempo groove, Brimheim delivers an emotionally powerful performance ripe with heartfelt lyrics. Lines like  "I'm staring at myself in the bathroom/after another interview/its in important to look good and I do/maybe I said too much again, and if you want me I'll give you everything" capture the desire of someone sacrificing their true self to please others. Overall, the record's theme is as introspective and solemn as they come but it also has an undeniable bounce that would have listeners bopping their heads.

The music video is directed by Faroese visionary, Heiðrikur á Heygum, and shot somewhere in the  Faroe Islands. It features a lot of performance scenes with Brimheim confidently strutting in pink stilettos through a sheep farm, dancing on a fishing trawler, and walking a ram through the snow.

Alongside the single release, Brimheim announces shows across Germany, The Netherlands, and the UK. Tickets can be purchased here.
