Indie soul singer-songwriter Pamela Flores delivers peaceful and sweetly melodic number “Sorry,” that builds on a signature “sad girl ballad” sensibility with a touch of sass.
Led by her bold and evocative vocals floating over an atmospheric soundscape, the track, which was written a few years ago, represents Flores’ growth as an artist while paying ode to the version of herself that she’s blossomed out of.
Produced by Paul Ritchie, the uplifting track is brought alive by an arsenal of killer musicians including Steve Honoshowsky (Daughter Version) on drums, Roshane Karunaratne (the Front Bottoms)on keys, Dan Haase on bass, Guy Fiumarelli (Fiona Silver) on guitar,Chris Fitzgerald on sax and an array of singers including Jamie Coppa, Drewsie, and Geraldineon backup vocals.
With plenty of hit releases under her belt, Flores who has already established herself as a sensitive yet outspoken talent now unveils her sonic evolution as she steps into a new chapter in her musical journey.
