Canadian singer-songwriter Miranda Joan is back with another soulful musical offering off of her upcoming album Overstimulated. Her latest single is called "Bada Bing!" and features innovative Jazz-drenched producer and artist CARRTOONS.
With "Bada Bing!" Miranda writes a song all about flirtation and a playful seduction that is fun and coy. Lyrics including, "I'm been thinking about it / so why don't we try / I’m wondering if you’re wondering about me the way I do with you / I’m holding on to this feeling that I want to make a move, eh," sharing that she is taken with her new love interest and she wants to take it to the next level. Musically, Bada Bing! is a decadent fusion of dynamic sounds complete with funky thick basslines, sprinkling synths and soulful vocals. Miranda Joan's signature vocal prowess is on full display singing enthralling melodies. The music video is inspired by the hit show The Sopranos and also is influenced by Miranda's own Italian heritage. Directed by Gigi Nettles, the music video is filled to the brim with references from the show from beginning to end.
