Bolt Seminar is a producer-rapper duo comprised of John Sarastro who works behind the boards while Dell Wells is the man in front of the microphone. The underground alternative hip-hop duo caught our ears with their latest output titled "Vigilante". Backed by John's unbridled and off-kilter cinematic soundscape made up of jazzy chords, edgy drum grooves and scenic sound designs, the duo of Dell and fellow rapper Alligator Alfred trade bars in an expeditious manner that will make the listener do the gas face with much delight. Dell shows off some alliteration with lines like "Bring kerosene to the arson, we are the articulate , with an arsenal of adjectives, fuck Adderall aspirations, bars are rough taken as is" but Alligator Alfred is not one to play with as she warns us "My raps will change mind to offend you, send a message back to the grapevine with stencils/Chalk outline, trying to take mind, I'm vengeful". Together the chemistry is undeniable and the result is a perfect lyrical tribute to 50 years of hip-hop.
