Los Angeles' Penny Harlow has dropped off a new track, titled "Imperfectly Me". At a young age, Harlow became drawn to alternative and indie music after experimenting with a range of genres. With an eclectic background in music that included singing in the choir, performing in musicals- as well as performing with rock and indie acts, Harlow developed a vibrant, diverse repertoire.
