Etta Bond is in her "A1" element [Video]

Cambridge-b0rn singer-songwriter Etta Bond keeps pushing the envelope with every release and on her new single/video "A1", she shows that she can be candid, sensual and subtle in the same breath. Bolstered by Raf Riley's sombre and moody bouncy backdrop, Etta delivers a sing-songy performance ripe with graphic details of her being sexual, cheeky and unapologetic with her body. The lyrics thread the line between human connections with sexuality being the focal point but not in a crass manner but rather the fiery emotions that erupt when two individuals are caught up in situationships.  Etta's unassuming rap-infused melodic flow is only accentuated by lyrics such as "Always put your name on it/So go and put your claim on it" which beckons her lover to dive in and enjoy the menu.

The song is accompanied by Kay Holden's POV-styled video that captures Etta in her unabashed element. Shot entirely in POV by a mystery man, the viewer is taken on an intimate journey through Etta's home. Blurring the line between artist and audience, this video will give you an insight into Etta's love life from a first-hand perspective. It's personal, it's relatable and it will keep you tuned in from start to finish.

Bond speaks about her inspiration behind the song: 'On the surface, this song is quite simply about my pussy. But I was kind of poking fun at the guy I was with at the time, who liked to be in control. “Said he couldn’t stay long but he’s still here” is meant to be me winding him up. I didn’t have much control over the relationship, and sex was the only thing that was making me feel powerful.'

Etta is releasing "A1" independently, under the name of ‘Oddulthood’, a team of three made up of Etta, her producer Raf Riley, and their creative director Kay Holden.
