Rising Americana meets pop rock singer/songwriter Cate Carter has just unleashed her latest single and music video. Called "Women Always Know" the track is off of her highly anticipated EP release Slightly Out Of Reach due August 11th.

With "Women Always Know", Cate Carter writes an empowering anthem all about self love, trusting your intuition and living a life speaking our mind. Many of us can tell when something is awry and with "Women Always Know" Carter shows just how strong a woman's hunch can be. Lyrics including, "the next time you see me / you'll want to say goodbye / you might think I'm crazy but time will show / that my fears are right cause women always know," detail that the songwriter knows her lover is going to leave her and that she is confident in her intuition. Sonically, "Women Always Know" is a country roots meets pop rock single highlighting rich driving acoustic guitars and Carter's irresistibly rousing vocals. Stacked melodies and forthright lyrics make for a compelling genre-blending hit.

Cate Carter is a Los Angeles based multifaceted artist. With a knack for songwriting and performance, the up-and-coming artist is set to share her debut EP later next month. Take a listen to "Women Always Know" now and remember you always know.
