Dry Ice & The Crescendos is the musical project headed by pianist/songwriter CL Turner alongside acclaimed touring music professionals. Their debut single "Hole In My Heart!", is the first track off of their upcoming album and it is a pop rock masterpiece.

With "Hole In My Heart!", CL Turner paints a picture of the grief and anxiety that can follow a breakup. For him, this autobiographical story detailed a divorce along with his fear of losing his infant child due to the marriage dissolution. Lyrics including, "Don't go there / Don't even start / There's no way to live with a / Hole in my heart," show just how painful both the breakup and custody battle can become. Musically, "Hole In My Heart!" enthralls with layered sonics complete with lush guitars, emotive keys and honey-laced vocals. A moody verse soon culimatines into an anthemic chorus full of infectious soaring melodies for a cathartic listen.

Dry Ice & The Crescendos takes musical influence from a diverse array of artists including Earth Wind & Fire, Bruno Mars, Green Day and Aretha Franklin. Their own music blends soul, pop, rock and folk for an intriguing listen. Take a listen to "Hole In My Heart!" now and hold those dear to you close.
