Representing the 757 and beginning to generate some buzz out of the state of Virginia is the hip-hop and rap artist Big Ligiee (“ly-jee”). The rising star comes from a family of music and takes influence from his grandfather, who was a part of the Reggae Band Zion Wave in the late 90s. Ligiee has had a lot to overcome throughout his youth and young adult days, but one thing remained at the forefront of his mind, and that was music.
Signed to G-Man Entertainment back in 2017, the opportunities for Big Ligiee’s career came flooding in. He struck his first taste of success with his debut single, “Guapanese,” and later found himself opening up for artists like NBA Youngboy and Chief Keef. Not to mention performing in Los Angeles at the BET Experience in June 2018.
After dropping multiple successful projects and singles since, Big Ligiee is now back in the music industry spotlight, making his 2023 debut with the release of “OK YEA.” Accompanying the audio, released on YouTube, was a vibrant official music video for the track.
