Bulgarian singer-songwriter Lina Nikol is blazing her path with her brand of indie/alternative soul music and has made her way from her hometown of Sofia all the way to London, UK. Her latest single "Tell Me Is It Worth It" is a brilliant effort that continues her slew of releases and gives new listeners a taste of her distinct style.
The production on this latest release delivers a fresh R&B/soul undertone with a modern touch. From the warm textures, pulsating basslines and lush chord progressions, Lina delivers a heartfelt performance bolstered by candid songwriting. She muses on a cyclical relationship and how when she tries to move on, it just keeps calling her back like a mantra.
Nikol has performed numerous shows in the UK and even won the Best Singer award at The R&B Awards in her home country in 2021. The same year she released her full-length album titled Who I Am followed by a collaborative EP A Mood Called “You” with producer Boyan.
"Tell Me Is It Worth It" is lifted from the EP A Mood Called “You”, which is her 3rd release with Stereofox and its co-released with legendary Japanese label SWEET SOUL RECORDS.
