Erik & The Worldly Savages' EP FUTURE THUNDER VOID is a psychedelic trip through time and space that will leave listeners captivated and in awe. The Funk Punk group show no sign of slowing down in 2023 with their eclectic and bold music.

The six-track EP takes the listener on a journey through various moods and atmospheres, blending genres and creating a sound that is unique and captivating.

The EP begins with the track “Thunder in our hearts“ which sets the tone for the rest of the record.  The song opens with a strong horn section that is soon joined by a driving beat and soaring vocals.

The second track, “Embrace the void“ is a more laid-back affair, with a gentle groove and softer vocals. The song feels like a lazy day by the river, with the sun shining down and a gentle breeze blowing through the trees. The chorus is particularly memorable ringing out over a shimmering bed of instrumentation.

FUTURE THUNDER VOID as a whole is a perfect example of Erik & The Worldly Savages' ability to blend genres, with elements of rock, folk, and punk all coming together to create a sound that is both modern and timeless.

The EP closes with “Future” a slow-burning track that showcases Erik & The Worldly Savages' ability to create a sense of intimacy and vulnerability in their music. The song features bold guitar work and haunting vocals.

FUTURE THUNDER VOID is a stunning EP from Erik & The Worldly Savages, showcasing their unique sound and exceptional musicianship. The EP is a masterclass in genre-blending, taking elements different genres and blending them into a sound that is entirely their own.
