Belgian/Congolese artist Coely follows up her Gold-certified LP with a brand-new single "Kaos" which details her journey to find her true North in the midst of the madness in the world. The award-winning artist is known for her captivating live performances and a distinctively commanding voice that entrances listeners. The proof is in the listening as her vocals cut through the mix as soon as you hit the play button and the rousing guitars come into view. She pours her heart out with heartfelt lines like "My best friend is the voice inside my head/smile on my face but inside I'm a mess" before the guitar-driven beat rises to a plateau and she herself found the strength to push on with a rousing melodic hook to boot. She acknowledges the time wasted looking for external validation but ultimately realizes that all she had to do was look within and as she exclaims "Acceptance is key, today I can say I found beauty in the Chaos."
"Kaos" is Coely's latest release and apart from her 2018 album Different Waters, she has collaborated with Kungs and Olly Murs on the song “More Mess” and she wrote, “Hush” for the soundtrack to the film “Tueurs” (“Above the Law”).
